wellbeing

sound bath
Sound Bath sessions are designed to facilitate deep relaxation and emotional release through the use of various healing instruments. As participants transition into new phases of life and release past energies, they are immersed in a Sound Bath, a practice known for its ability to calm the body, mind, and soul.
The instruments are played in harmony to create a soundscape that aims to release emotional and energetic blockages, offering a therapeutic experience.
A central element of the session is the use of crystal bowls, chosen for their ability to tune and harmonize the body’s chakras.
voice healing
Voice Healing is a meditative and therapeutic session. The session combines various practices, including Voice Healing, Vocal Yoga, and Sound Bath, with an introduction to Kundalini Yoga. It is designed to facilitate deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and emotional release.
Participants are guided through voice activation exercises aimed at connecting with their inner voice and releasing energetic blockages. These exercises are paired with the use of crystal bowls, shruti box, gongs, and other healing instruments to enhance the experience.
