Extremely energetic, fun, interactive and musically rich group that takes for a journey to Brazil through Samba, Bossa Nova and Jazz! Band explores a historically rich tapestry of Brazilian folk traditions, music, dance, art and literature emanating from the varied mix of cultures introduced over centuries. 

9-Piece Band also investigates the subject of climate change, mostly deforestation – this significantly changed and affected the rest of the world, which is explored through various soundscapes.

The 9-Piece band has been funded and supported by Kildare County Council and had its premiere during Culture Night 2022 in Riverbank Arts Centre, Newbridge.
